How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Followeddivision Tree Service wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page covers how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Followeddivision Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Followeddivision Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@followeddivision.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
